Terms & Conditions :

When you order, it means you accept without any reserves following terms and conditions.
We only sell our products in the UK, Ireland, Germany,The Netherlands ,Austria, Spain, Belgium and Portugal

1. Contract and orders :

• 1-1. When you place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• 1-2. After each order, we will send you an email confirmation. Attention : it does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders need our acceptance, we will confirm by sending order treatment confirmation and when payment has been received. So contract will be formed between us.

2. Return of products :

• 2-1. You can return us products within fifteen working days beginning on the day after you received items, at your own cost. For that, we need a note explaining the reason and we will confirm if we accept or not. When accepted, items must be in original packaging, without any damages (packaging and product). Otherwise, we will no accept your return. We refund product value, not outbound shipping.
• 2-2. If you return the goods after this period of fifteen working days or without our acceptance, either we will re-dispatch at your own cost the goods or you will definitively loose those.
• 2-3. We will make refunds within 30 working days at latest after receipt back to our warehouse.

3. Delivery :

Dispatch date will be confirmed by order treatment confirmation, it can be same day for orders received before 10:30AM (except weekend), otherwise within 2 days after order reception (except weekend). If for any reason delay of dispatch is longer, we will inform you immediately via email. We will deliver the produts to address you supply us.

4. Risk :

The products ordered will be your responsability from delivery date. When you return us some products, you and your courrier are the only responsible until delivery on our warehouse.

5. Prices :

All prices include VAT. All prices can be changed in case of abvious error, or if VAT rate would change. All prices and delivery charges are mentioned to decoparty webshop and can change if any market condition affect our business. For that, we will inform you at the order and we will not have to supply the products to you at the incorrect price.

6. Payment :

Payment must be by credit card. We accept for payment in £ VISA and MASTERCARD, for payment in € VISA, EUROCARD MASTERCARD, credit card.

7. Warranty :

All items are made in our own factory in France, so high quality garanted. Indeed each item is manufacturered, checked by qualified person before dispatch. In case of damage of goods, the customer must point out reserves against the courrier, otherwise claims cannot be accepted. If we make a mistake with quantity or reference, please inform us via email within two working days after reception of products. So either we will replace item or give you refund in full after our acceptance. We will not accept any refunds after this period.

8. Validity:

We have the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

9. Jurisdiction

The contract between decoparty and the customer is governed by French law, and the only law court is in Romans sur Isère, France.
